6-PACKING
CUTS TO BE INDIVIDUALLY WRAPPED IN DOUBLE THIN FILM (POLYETHYLENE) BAG AND PACKED IN CARTONS CONTAINING THE SAME CUTS. NET. WEIGHT RANGE OF EACH CARTON SHALL BE 20 TO 25 KILOS.

( EACH CUTS TO BE PACKED IN CUTS WEIGHTING l‐ 3 KG± 20%) EXCEPT TOPSIDE IN NATURAL PROPORTIONS.
PACKING OF ONE QUARTER AND FRACTION CUT BY IN ITS NATURAL VEINS IN ORDER TO USE
WHOLE CAPACITY OF A CARTON IN ALLOWED. MAIN TOPSIDE OVER WEIGHTING 3 KG COULD BE WRAPPED SEPARATELY.DIFFERENT CUTS CAN NOT BE MIXED IN THE SAME CARTON.

WHEN NEEDED TO COMPLETE THE WEIGHT OF THE BOXES WITH FRACTIONS OF THE

CUTS,AND THAT THE SLAUGHTERING HAS BEEN DONE AS PER ISLAMIC RITES AND UNDER
SUPERVISION OF IVO.REPRESENTATIVE.DATE OF EXPIRY,COUNTRY OF ORIGIN,IMPORTING
COMPANY, KEEPING CONDITION.
● THE LABELS MUST BE PUT INSIDE BETWEEN TWO POLYTHYLENE BAGS, OVER EACH
WRAPPING OF THE CUTS AND BOTH END‐ SIDE OF EACH CARTON FROM OUTSIDE.
THE CARTONS WILL BE SUBJECTED WITH FOUR STRAPS,WITHOUT OVER WEIGHTS OF ANY
CLASS IN THE BOXES AND A CORRECT ACCOMMODATION OF THE l可 EAT INSIDE THE BOX IS NEEDED TO INCLUDE A PERFECT SHUT OF THE LATTER.

7-CONDITION OF CHILLING AND FREEZING:
CARCASS SHOULD BE KEPT AT CHILLING ROOM FOR 24 T0 72 HOURS BEFORE GOING TO
DEBONING HALL THE TEMPERATURE OF CHILLING MUST BEE BETWEEN 0 TO+4 DEGREE C
AND THE DEEP BONE TEMPERATURE SHOULD BE REACHED TO+7 DEGREE C° AT THE TIME OF DEBONING.

DEBONING HALL SHOULD HAVE SANITARY EQUIPMENTS OF DEBONNG AND CUTTING THE
MEAT ANT TEMPERATURE OF DEBONING HALL MUST NOT BE WARMER THAN+10 DEGREE C° .
8-FREEZING AND STORAGE:
AFTER DEBONING AND PACKING THE MEAT SHOULD BE WRAPPED IN POLYETHYLENE FILM
AND PUTIN THE CARTON AND ALSO TAGGING INTER AND OUTER OF CARTON THE SHOWING TYPE OF CUT, NAME, PLACE AND DATE OF PRODUCTION. ALL PRODUCTION SHOULD BE FROZEN IN FREEZING TUNNEL WITH MINUS 35 TO 45 C° WITHIN 24 TO 48 HOURS.
THE TEMPERATURE OF MEAT IN DEEPEST PART AFTER FREEZING SHOULD BE‐ 18 DEGREE C°
AT THE TIME OF GOING TO THE COLD STORE.
THE MEAT SHALL BE KEPTIN COLD STORAGE WITH NOT WARMER THAN-18C°
THE MEAT SHOULD BE TRANSFERRED TO LOADING POINT WITH TEMPERATURE‐ 18C°.

TRANSPORTATION,LOADING AND DOCUMENTATION.

RECORDS OF ANIMALS INTENDED FOR SLAUGHTER UNTIL MEAT LOADING AND SHIPMENT.
ANY AND ALL IMPORTED CONSIGNMENTS WILL BE CHECKED IN IRAN BORDER INSPECTION
POSTS (BIP)IN WHICH THE ORGANOLEPTIC INSPECTIONS AND LABORATORY TESTS WILL BE CONDUCTED AND THE RESULTS SHALL COMPLY WITH THE STIPULATED CRITERIA IN IMPORT HEALTH REQUIREMENTS PROVISIONS.
THIS RELATED VETERINARY IMPORT PERMIT ISSUED BY IRAN VETERINARY ORGANIZATION
AND THE IMPORT HEALTH REQUIREMENTS ALREADY SEEN,UNDERSTAND AND APPROVED
AND SEALED BY THE SELLER ARE INTEGRAL PARTS OF THIS CONTRACT AND ALL TERMS
AND CONDITIONS AND PROVISIONS WHEREIN SHALL BE EXECUTED.
THE BUYER AND SELLERS ARE FULLY READ,UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT ALL TERMS AND
CONDITIONS IN IMPORT HEALTH REQUIREMENTS AND ALSO VETERINARY IMPORT PERMIT
AND ARE OBLIGED TO OBSERVES THE PROVISIONS WHEREIN AND ANY VIOLATIONS OF THE
