٩٠٢١١٠ .پیچ های مخصوص استفاده در اتاق عمل و جراحی های عمومی. این گونه پیچ ها برای محکم نگهداشتن پین های مورد استفاده در ثابت نگهداشتن استخوان و مفاصل بکار می روند و از آلیاژ تیتانیوم سخت کاری شده ساخته شده اند. طول این پیچ ها بین 20 تا 45 میلی متر می باشد. قطر این پیچ ها 4 میلی متر بوده و قسمت انتهایی پیچ دارای یک قطعه می باشد که به یک مهره خاص متصل می شود این مهره خاص در قسمت انتهایی پیچ که بصورت U شکل می باشد، بسته می شود. وبوسیله آن می توان پیچ را در سرجای خود محکم کرد. این پیچ براساس استاندارد ISO/TC150 که مخصوص ایمپلنت های پزشکی می باشد، ساخته شده است. و هر کدام ازاین پیچ ها دارای شماره های خاص خود می باشند. و درون بسته های کاملا ً استریل بسته بندی و به بازار عرضه می شوند.
پیچ های کوچک مخصوص استفاده در عملهای جراحی عمومی ،جنس این پیچها بسیار سخت بوده ،دارای رنگ ثابتی می باشند و از فلز بادوامی مانند تیتانیوم ساخته شده اند و طول آنها معمو 12 میلیمتر است.قطر این پیچ 3 میلیمتر بوده و دنباله این پیچ ها پَخ زده و نرم میباشد.قسمت انتهایی یا دنباله پیچ کاملاً متقارن و یکدست میباشد.سر پیچ دارای شیار بوده و میتوان آنرا با پیچ گوشتی مخصوص سفت کرد. اینگونه پیچها مطابق استاندارد ISO/TC150 ساخته شده و درون یک بسته کاملاً استریل نگه داری میشود و به صورت کاملاً استریل توزیع وبه بازارعرضه میشود موارد کاربردی قواعد 1 و 6
اختلاف تعرفه بین 8108 و 9021 بود که سازمان یاد شده به استناد مواد 1 و 6 قواعد طبقه بندی کالا را ذیل تعرفه 9021.10 طبقه بندی کرد.
